I just want to ask a question. When can i zone the medium density residential on the low density residential. I just build a city and i am wondering when can i zone he medium density. :?

nothing's stopping you but the money to do it.

You can build low density, medium denisty or high density residential at any time you want, from the moment the game begins.

The game manual reccomends/says 35,000 is the start. That is really if you have a new city that has no region population. If you have a city next to it with 500,000 people, put it in at the start!
