There's gonna be a forth tower -

MAK Kotwal Realty, a prop dealer has the following message on Google Buzz:

Raheja Vivarea to come up with a fourth tower.

This tower will most probably be resi given the current environment.

The towers look like they were designed once and then photocopied twice!:lol:

Jacob circle also known as saat raasta is a meeting point of seven roads.

The monorail project in south mumbai will start from here.

The area is seeing a plethora of construction activity.

Planet godrej, Raheja Vivarea, DB orchid heights, lokhandwala Galaxy, Belvedere Court, Kalpataru Heights are the better known residential projects in the area.

Lodha Bellissimo, upcoming Lodha Primero & Lokhandwala Minarva in the vicinity.
