Since the NEW YEAR is upon us, a new library for this years projects.
2004 is going to prove an even bigger year than 2003 (which has 40 projects listed as newly completed.
Probably one of the first projects to be transfered here will be World Tower, due for crane removal in Feb and exterior cladding soon after.
2004 will be big but i think 2005 will be the year for completed projects!

The Lend Lease building on Hickson Road would be the nearest to completion at current.

woodside still hasnt officially opened so its probably going to be first

maybe YE3 or YE4?

How about Liberty Towers in Glenelg? :? They're extremely close to full height, and much of the cladding has already been added to the building.

Woodside finished acouple of months back. Youll find it in 2003 thread.
we dont wait for official opening on ssc to put in completed threads, just when tower is fully clad/all external elements are complete and cranes removed. "when it looks finished",Photos that show it as -'its as good as its gonna get!.Woodside looks like this.
We would be here forever if we had to wait for some of the dawdlers.lol.

In Brisbane MacArthur office tower, Felix, 33 Charlotte Street and Lexicon all topped out in December 2003. MacArthur looks the closest to being finished - the building is completely clad and glazed apart from temporary plywood panels where the single remaining crane is still anchored to the building!

McArthur Tower in Brisbane.

Not sure about other cities but McArthur will be finished in a few weeks.

Does anybody remember when Brisbane had really heavy summer rains the roof of Macarthur Central Shopping Centre leaked and flooded everything, I saw this on the news. I can't remember when but it's probably about a year ago.

NAB at Docklands is nearly done... all the internal lights were on tonight for the first time... looked a treat!!!

structures complete last tower crane being removed today does this mean Mcarthur tower is the first in the completed projects for 2004?

They are still fitting out the banking chamber on ground level. But the tower and everything else is finished.

Macarthur is finished – looked in today and the section they were working on is just an empty lobby for lifts, and it looks finished with people moving through. It looks like people have moved in to the tower section too,

I think Harmony could come in here. It's externally complete and pretty much forgotten about.
