Neither do we.:lol: Even the newly built ones are crappy, but construction started before the fall of communism.

I'm waiting for some really new ones... maybe we'll build some nice onces. In fact, there are a few designs for stations on M5 and they look quite good.

That's a 3.2 MB phone camera....it's pretty good but I was moving in some pics and phone cameras don't have stabilizers. :(

And it's difficult to take pics with a proper cam in metro stations.....they won't allow you.

Interesting. Do they have guards on all the metro trains? Also, are they private or public police/gendarme? Either case I think it's a good thing as it prevents hooligans from damaging the new subway cars. nu's mandru ca sunt roman dar faptul ca statiile sunt vechi nu e o scuza buna , se pot moderniza , largi , prin america in unele cazuri au fost chiar abandonate si construite altele de la zero in aceeasi zona , solutii si exemple ar fi destule
ps: nici macar nu sunt toate vechi , am vazut in paris statii noi construite in acelasi stil cu peroane inguste , tavan mic si finisaje ieftine

^^The station looks ok, clean and safe, but, beware "le Clerk", the surveillance camera was on you, so you're probably a suspect of terrorism by now, for showing an interest on the metro station. You know you're not allowed to snap photos inside, so any time now the "mascatii" will pay you a visit to take you in, so have the coffee and the biscuits ready for the guests. ^^ actually its not the station proper, it's the passage under crossing, and from here you can acces the metro station...

Apropos, cine proiecteaza statiile astea de metrou?

Directia de urbanism desemneaza locatiile si alte specificatii si scoate proiectele la licitatie pentru privati.

Poate pune cineva si pozele cu statiile 'Piata Victoriei', 'Romana' si poate cu noile statii de pe M4 'Pajura' si 'Laromet'.
