To the so called "Italyindubai":bash:

1. The project is approved. You can check with Emaar planing department.
2. Seasif is the one of the first company to have Escrow account in the Emirate of Dubai. You can check with Land Department.
3. We are developing and building with companies who are part of Seasif Group different from some other developers, for the simple reason..... We do not trust and like the quality and the way they develope and build.:ohno:

If Seasif Group has 3 Towers in Dubai, 2 of them are near completion, the other one in Marina will complete as well. Be carefull from the guys who has launched 30 project and they dont even own a land to build.

Henrik, this harmmering gives me a headache, especially when I read the brochure of the company you work for. They claim 12.000 employes in Dubai, wow, bigger than Emaar!!!! And selling their tower in Silicon Oasis for 1,600 Aed / sqf and over printing illegal contracts in italian and collecting monies in other accounts. You better stop using that hammer and start enquiring.

I have heard that the developer has a big trouble in Italy , any news ?

Another delayed project or maybe even canceled, its been forever since we heard anything.

I heard they will start when the Donna Towers (DSO) finished, not sure true or not

I think I heard they still have problem with the Municipality for the permit.

probably thats true, little bit difficult to get a hotel permission next to Sheikh Ahmed hotels (GH) :)
