^^ Many thanks thefreestyler. Intersting information indeed. The project is developed by Fawaz al Hukair Group and located on the intersection of Salboukh Road and Ammariyah Road (Prince Salman Rd. I guess). The name would change soon.

I believe this plot is on the other side of the road which is not the project we are talkin about now.
We did their feasibility studies and the project is as submitted by thefreestyler.
