Before I start, Lets try to avoid debate in this post and discuss the council and its doings constructively.

So, who is your favourite heavyweight Leeds City councillor and why?

Mine is Cllr Les Carter.
Former Lord Mayor of Leeds and current Executive Member for Neighbourhoods and Housing. He is one of the funniest cllr's at full council and one of the best speakers in the chamber also. He also has a bit of fun winding up the official oppositions (then again, that tends to be the point of full council apart from voting). :lol:
