As said, massive base, and tower seems disjointed, unattached and unattractive. Far too wide and low-rise, although nice work with the huge atrium (although not sure of the aesthetics).

Umm..? Why is the height unknown if you said it is 96 meters. Well beside the bad base, I really like the tower itself. 8/10
