Its huge modern, that will change the face of dakar skyline but did this CBAO project updated ?
Because Mimran a french senegalese billionaire was the owner of the CBAO and of this land for the history bought to the State after a fight with the Kebe family who also want it to made the twin tower you know with a gulf partner in central Dakar.
But Mimran sell the CBAO bank to attijari bank group (Morocco) and i dont think that this tower land go with the bank because they had already 2 office tower on this area and i heard that Mimran want to build a tower to show is power for our happiness in dakar center.
I also heard from a very reliable source that Attijari bought a land on the VDN near Sonatel hearthquarter and BSIC hearthquarter project just after the Presidential party House near Sicap Keur Gorgui area.....wait and see...:cheers::cheers::cheers:
