BAKU CITY STAR

Baku City Star is a complex consist of two 40-storey, two 28-storey and two 20-storey towers. The tallest towers will be offices, while the other four towers will be residentials. The first floors of the complex will be a big shopping and entertaiment center with shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas etc.

The construction of the CityStar project comprising office, shopping centre and residence blocks, which Aral Group, one of Azerbaijan’s largest real estate developers has started in the centre of the capital Baku, continues. The project presently continues on a land of 60,000 m2 with the diaphragm walls, excavation and foundation piles construction works. While PY Consulting International has undertaken the project management and consultancy works of the CityStar, the following firms have undertaken the architecture, engineering and consultancy works of the project:
Architectural Design: Murat Kader, 2Design.
Structural Design: Tuncel Engineering Inc.
Mechanical Design: Moskay Engineering Inc.
Electrical Design: HB Teknik Inc.
Infrastructural Design: Tempo Engineering Inc.
Fire Consultants: Karina Ltd.
Geotechnical Consultants: Enar Engineering Ltd.
Shopping Center Operation Consultants: JLL-Alkas.

The project is expected to be completed in 30 months in total. This most prestigious project in Baku comprises two 40-level A-Class office-building towers, a shopping centre on 60,000 m2, and four residence blocks again on a total of 60,000 m2. The CityStar project, which is built on a total land of 260,000 m2, includes a pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, gardens, education and entertainment centres, and cinema halls in addition to the office, residence and shopping centre functions and constitutes the first phase of the urban development project on a total land of 6 hectares

The construction of the CityStar project comprising office, shopping centre and residence blocks, which Aral Group, one of Azerbaijan’s largest real estate developers has started in the centre of the capital Baku, continues. The project presently continues on a land of 260,000 m2 with the diaphragm walls, excavation and foundation piles construction works. As the base piling, sheet piling, jet graut works in the City Star project are executed by Temeltaş, the tender documents have been delivered to the leading construction companies of Turkey.

Unfortunately, it is on hold project now :(

With 115 m and 30 floors, a business tower of New Life City will be the first skyscraper of Baku followed by Port Baku, Flame Towers...

Проект мертв и оживать вроде не собирается. Да и за эти годы постепенно устаревают и дизайн и форма зданий. Провально...

где есть огромне проекты она у нас в баку сразу мертвеет, нам до дубая жить и жить

Ну почему же? Все-таки некоторые большие проекты реализуются: "Flame Towers", "Port Baku", "ZQAN".
Реализация Socar-tower идет по плану. Даст Бог, и Crescent поднимут.
