Из 570 строек в Баку с момента начала кризиса заморозилось строительство 20 из них, но это с учетом и начала новых. Это произошло впервые за последние 8 лет. До этого количество строящихся домов только увеличивалось.
Из крупных проектов есть которые днем и ночью строят, есть притормозили...

It is approved, but they haven't started it yet due to the financial problems :( I like it and hope for its realisation
