Found this exciting building on the page of Leigh and orange architects. Does anyone know if it is confirmed or still at the planning stage?

regardless of whether this is the same project, the 'bigfoot centre' seems to have topped out. it started rising around autumn 2007 but it's still all wrapped up in green netting. hard to see any cladding progress when i pass on the bus.

The first rendering looks futuristic.
