It's very obvious that this is a base for rich people to chill out in when they are not jet setting around the world signing multi million dollar business deals. Well worth the day trip but at the end of the day it's primarily residential, yacht berths and very high end retail. Not the kind of place you'd want to live in day after day but certainly a nice place to chill in if you have a few million spare and are looking :)
