I hate restoration of this fasade in 1999-2000 -removed patinas of time from walls and changed color ( dark grey was better ) 9/10

The best stalinistic building in Moscow I think... Looks quite massive, but it should get a new paint maybe... Nonetheless, it deserves a
8,5/10 :)
Maybe some more scrapers in that style should be build ;) Generates a true unique image!
