suggest you get yourself a good agent if u really want to be taken seriously. like this u guarantee got only desparate agents send u info n try and call u.

if really got firesale at these projects, can bet not just investors but also agents line up and give cheque. i can tell u that every single agent marketing units at the projects u listed get AT LEAST 10 calls per weekend asking for firesales. if u are not loyal to anyone from the beginning, why do they want to steer the best deals to you?

what u will realize after 3-4 cycles in singapore market, is that best deals come after u take time to build relationships. real firesales will never find on the internet...
