Does anyone have an application or add-on that hides the posts of certain users?

Yup. Go to User CP and then go to Ignore List.

It's pretty good actually. Saves your bandwidth.

^^ I had no idea you could do that. Personally, I don't think I'd ignore anyone because even the most annoying person can provide you with useful information. Plus people change and the person you are ignoring might start posting posts that are worth reading. That's just my :2cents:

I don't think there's much of a loss really. Those who troll tends to be glued in inthenews or skybar and rarely post in more informative sections such as transport or state sections. Personally, i'm not in a hurry to delist them.

Use and oil based concealer pet. That’ll hide those unwanted users.

Bless :-)

Useless fact: Every time* you see MILIUX's avatar, 1801 bytes of bandwidth is consumed. That is equivalent to a fairly long paragraph of text, well in excess of the length of a typical post in an online forum.

I had someone on ignore, but the issue I found was that other people would still respond to their posts and quite often you can't work out what they're on about without the context of the post form the person that you blocked...

Thanks, really helpful. I just wanted to block a few people that trawl the rugby threads and continuously go on about how the sports going to die, or go on about how a certain city is so terrible it should just be destroyed.
