Yeah...Naptown gave this tower a 7 in your thread,and here he gives a 6 for the same tower.Maybe that's because some pictures that you posted James are better,i mean these pics that here have been posted kinda suck....

I hate it when people post polls for buildings that are not from their own country, mostly because they can never find decent pix. Well, in this case there are not too many nice pics, because the building is indeed ugly (from the side).
I give it a 6/10

Excellent design, great use of materials and a nice combination of colours. The entrance and surrounding area looks great as well.

I don't like clasical style palaces like modern skyscrapers. This tower could be more original.

no. there was no problems. their capitalization is growing like on yeasts. just today they announced they are going to buy 73% of Sibneft for $13bln.

If it didn’t have the pyramid spires on the top I would rate it higher, I hate shapes glued on the top of buildings like that. The base/entrance is very overblown too.
