Как сообщили Fineko/abc.az в MEGA Holding, уже подготовлен бизнес план EDELWEISS residence.

«В скором времени начнётся строительство этого жилого комплекса», - сказали в холдинге.

Новый 5-звездочный высотный комплекс будет строиться недалеко от Морского вокзала по адресу ул. М. Мехтизаде, 16. В комплекс войдут 3 здания - 43-этажный Бизнес-центр и два 36-этажных жилых здания. Это 5-звездочные элитные дома, рассчитанные всего на 200 семей.

На территории комплекса предусмотрены детский сад закрытого типа, бутики, рестораны, салоны красоты, фитнесс-клубы, автономная подстанция и т.д.

Здесь будет внедрена новейшая система охраны и контроля. Видеонаблюдение будет осуществляться круглосуточно, а вход в здания, подземный гараж и другие объекты - строго по карточкам.

Впервые в Азербайджане здесь внедряется встроенная система пылеудаления, инновационная система мусоропровода и система «Умный Дом», которая позволяет при помощи пульта управлять освещением в любой точке дома, осуществлять климат-контроль и видеонаблюдение.

Условия проживания, предусмотренные в новом комплексе, на сегодняшний день не имеют аналогов в Азербайджане.

посмотрел, там железная дорога, 5-ти этажки и еще одна высотка вроде) их че ломать будут?

Железная дорога временная, в декабре начинают порт в Алятах, а нынешний порт как и эту ж/д ведущую к нему просто уберут.

A new hotel and business center will will beuilt in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The Ministry of Culture and Tourism said the hotel and business center “EDELWEISS Residence” will be built in the downtown of Baku - near the boulevard the ground area of 0.61573 hectares.

The total project cost is $150.5 million, of which $125.5 million will be in loan and the rest will be provided by investor’s own resources.

The implementing agency is Mega Holding and the project timeframe is 10 years.

The main business idea consist in satisfying keen demand on hotel services and offices in downtown of Baku, that are to be equipped with modern commercial and services infrastructure, as well as parking area .

The hotel will be 110 meters high with the area of 26 500 square meters, and the business and entertainment center will be 152 meters high (43 floors) with the area of 46 000 square meters.

Approval has been given to a huge and exclusive new project in the city of Baku in Azerbaijan. Named the Edelweiss Residence the project is the work of the immodestly named Mega Holdings, and like the rare flower it takes its name from promises to be only for the elite.

Comprising of three towers, one office and two residential connected by a podium base the project which has a ten year time span for completion will have prime place in the centre of the city but also boasts a seaside location and is intended to be a city within a city.

Perhaps the most useful innovation will be the dust control system that will make the feather duster redundant in the building, freeing up time for extra shoe shopping and cut down on the hours you need to pay the maid. The only thing missing is Christopher Plummer, singing...

Intended to be a city within itself, the project includes all the usual essentials such as private kiddie-care, cafes, restaurants, spas, gyms and of course shops to keep everyone amused. While these amenities will be available for use by the general hoi polloi there will be a private, residents only courtyard located on the third floor to escape the riff-raff from.

With wallets slightly bigger than the rest of the world now the project should begin construction sooner rather than later.

There are some news about this project. I have no idea on the realisation of the main tower but lower towers seem to start soon under the name Twin Tower Hotel Complex

So Edelweiss Residence is now transformed into Twin Tower Hotel Complex which includes 2 buildings – 3 stars hotel consists of 23 floors and 4 stars hotel consists of 22 floors.

i thin we need more of this type buildings because right now w r mostly buildin 5star hotels in which case if u want more tourist tne we should build more affordable hotels

Согласен, но в тоже время полностью поддерживаю транформацию этого элитного комплекса в 3 и 4-звездочные отели

3 и 4 звезды? Ну да, в принципе в Баку слишком много пятизвездночных развелось! Нужно же еще подумать и о среднем классе :)
