Those who know well about the real estate in trivandrum. Is Condor as reputable as SFS in terms of building quality, after sales, and for maintenance/rental help for residents. I could not find much info about Condor in my google searches. I came to know they have two finished projects in Vazhuthakadu and another one in Kuravankonam.

I am torn between sfs cyber palms and condor cassia. Unable to make a decision

I have purchased a flat in Cassia - from my experience, they have been very professional in all dealings, and prompt with updates to the project. They do stick to the schedule (I had a pretty bad experience with Purvankara once).
Not sure about post-delivery.
If you do not mind, could you PM me the quote for price you got? Wondering how things have progressed on that front..
My choice was based on the fact that I could see the Arabian Sea from Condor, but not with the existing SFS choices.

I was one of the first buyers at SFS Cyber Palms, so I can shed some perspective having had the apartment there for over 3 years now. Vinod's right that Cassia will have better views than most of the SFS apartments. That said, the last block at CP - Silver - will have very good views too. You'd better visit both sites and then choose. CP has the best amenity set in Trivandrum right now, do check if Cassia has comparable facilities.

Condor is just in the beginning stage, as it is their first tower, and I have to picture their campus from their pictures. Am still trying to decide between the two. As I don't live in tvm on a permanent basis, I have to manage it remotely, hence the question on their aftercare. Thanks once again for your time.

SFS has a homecare division and I have been using that service for over 5 years now .. no complaints.
