They didnīt mention the Defence budget of 34 000 000 000 Dirham
(4 billion dollar) in the figures, strange ?
defence get 17 % of the state budget ,from the 180 000 000 000 dirham ?
the ministere du sante get 1.3 000 000 000 dirham ( 1.6 billion dollar)
lets talk how we can upgrade our state budget in relation whit an
economic growth of 6% each year for the coming 5 years.
