Perhaps trying to modernise Sao Paolo/Brazil ala 50s by trying to emulate the art-deco taller in form.
In context, a brave 8.

Its not bad, looks well maintained. I only dont like the overexposed blank walls. The top with the logo looks tacky.

The Baz July 28th, 2006, 10:26 PM Looks like a giant warehouse, even topped off with a gaudy bright yellow billboard. The bland concrete exterior looks to be discoloring in some areas. A real eyesore that might have looked good decades ago but now looks tacky.
