I only see 2 towers under construction (or at least well above ground) everytime I pass by? Too bad about the quality of this one... reminds me of more of the same bland stuff from Ocean Walk, Flo, etc.

^ Sorry for the bad impression. I think the location isn't good enough, since it is adjacent to all those old and ugly buildings.

It's a matter of time they redevelop the area. Right now, poor economy = not going to be redeveloped... but give it some time. Between Capstan Way and Bridgeport, there is a lot of potential, especially with that plot of land where Millennium and Concord own (between Capstan and Sea Island).

Talking about that area, RONA hasn't been replaced yet... it's going to be hard to have something replace that building. It's a shame RONA decided to close down that location.

^ Exactly. During this time, we wouldn't expect anything going on at the old RONA.

You've never seen those before? They're pretty common, sometimes they are lighter cranes that can only handle smaller loads and shorter heights.
