Fetten Dank für die Bilder! Kaum zu glauben, dass ich auf SSC bislang noch keinen Monschau-Thread entdecken konnte. Danke für die Beseitigung dieses Mißstandes, Kampfl! :)

Monschau hab ich noch von meiner Rhein-Mosel-Tour 1999 in bester Erinnerung (da war noch Zeit für Kultur-Abstecher, hach...).

Ich wage unverfroren zu behaupten, dass es heute die schönste Stadt in NRW ist. Mir ist dort jedenfalls noch nichts pittoreskeres, einmaligeres untergekommen. In der Eifel gibt es noch ganz wunderbare Orte, auch auf NRW-Seite (Bad Münstereifel!), erwähnenswert sowieso die vielen rel. unberührten Kurorte wie Bad Salzuflen & Oeynhausen. Vieles auch Geheimtips (Brilon!).

Insgesamt kenn ich das Bundesland als Ganzes aber noch nicht so gut, daher gibt's immer Nachholbedarf an Bildmaterial aus den ursprünglicheren Ecken von NRW (als kleinen Anstoß an dich, Kampfi ;)).

Sum: Wie gigantisch war die Bildausbeute dieses Mal?

Zwischen 2 und 39 Bilder könnten noch kommen.

Ich stell mal keine Maximalforderungen - aber desto mehr, desto besser :)
Mehr als 20 sind sicher noch drin.


Kannst du als alter Rheinländer(?) denn meine These bestätigen (Monschau die schönste im ganzen Land)?

Monschau ist schon sehr gut erhalten, aber natürlich auch sehr klein. Hattingen soll auch ganz nett sein, mal abwarten, ob ich da irgendwann vorbei komme. Aber in der Region gibt es sicherlich keine weitere Stadt, die so sehr in das typisch deutsche "Fairy Tale"-Schema passt.
