I need help with infomation on Katong Red House Bakery.:)
"The bakery was closed on mar 23 2003 after the shophouse where it was occupying was deemed as unsafe."
-> How 'unsafe' was the shophouse? the shophouse had a weak structure?
How was the conservation for the Red House Bakery undertaken? what were the various stages/phases of its conservation?
i could only find out that the Katong Red House Bakery was part of a S$15m project. and that its conservation/restoration works were sporadic, and only completed in 2007.
