Park Plaza is a project developed by korean GS Engineering & Construction Company Ltd. The project consist of 2 towers and a huge mall between them. Construction works have begun in 2007, but were on hold until recent time due to some financial and other problems. Some months ago the site has been activated again. Some technics work on the construction site.

The last information i recently got. Akkord will build this building on the place of Park Plaza:
it is old info:) but i still hope that park plaza will be build:master:

сегодня там был. котлован наполовину закопали и полнейшая тишина. такая же тишина и со скай парком:ohno::ohno::ohno::ohno::ohno:

Насчет Скай Парка я несомневаюсь, что его рано или поздно начнут. Это не мертвый проект, а вот со Скай Парком уже надо обратиться к модераторам поменять статус на on hold:ohno:
