As currently designed and entitled, this is a 125 unit 25 floor tower that would be built at Grand and 11th.

According to Curbed L.A., Downtown Neighborhood Council's Planning and Land Use Committee hears a presentation tonight. The developers are requesting the land use be revised so the tower can house 151 units. (I wonder if that means more floors?! If 25 floors=125 units, then it stands to reason that 151=30 floors. Not that it matters from a visual standpoint. Mid rise is mid rise.)
Curbed seems skeptical about the chances of this being built. But the developers must have some sort of plan if they are working on making presentations and tinkering with units and design etc.
(BTW, it looks like the domain name for the theglasstower.com has expired. Quick! register the name and sell it back to these guys when their funding comes around!)
