Hey guys...I have one question:

just bought the Rush Hour and I have one huge problem: the perfomance of the SimCity went really downhill now, since I have Rush Hour installed...

do you have any suggestions how could I make Sim City work as much normal as possible? It really makes building cities a night mare!

there is a new patch available at simcity official site, it makes the game performance better and faster.

and with Windows XP it'd be good if you have some more memory.

Try getting the patch at SimCity's website. That should help. :)
