Werent these buildings initially all orange, including the baclonies?? Because looking at them now i dont mind their colour that much. I remember we used to complain about their colour a while back.

I was just about to say that I also have somewhat grown on the building. I think it looks quite nice and cheery.

No, they have the same colors as before... And personally I still hate them...

Even McD's doesnt use that color combination anymore.

I like this project too... and the windows they are using too (especially in the balconies)..

Will there be some sort of restriction to what you can put in your balconies? In the old apartments you have, canopies, satellite dishes and all sorts of rubbish. The question is directed not especially to these apartments but all of them in general.

I would imagine. Also, since these blocks are privately owned, those restrictions are more likely to be enforced as opposed to the publically owned buildings, where people do all sorts of things in their balconies.

I believe so. For what is worth, I had to sign an annex to my contract, where I had to comply with "No changes on the exterior rule" (including putting dishes and covering the balcony with glass or other stuff) when I bought the flat 5 years ago.

one thing Prishtina needs to do is spend money on its infrastructure and expand excising roads. The city is going to grow at a steady rate, and better and bigger roads are a key for expansion.

I would say "clean the city up". Roads in Prishtina are fine, they just need to stop the illegal parking as far as roads are concerned. The city is just not planned and there are a lot of illegal buildings and rubbish around.

Yes I agree with you but Prishtina will turn into a village if they demolish all the ilegal buildings. What we need to do from now on is have a tighter, stricter planning permission office and see what progressions we have in 5 years time.

^^ Now i don't agree with you. If all the ilegal buildings would be demolished i would give Prishtina more space to develop and build new fresh objects etc. If Prishtina would demolish all the ilegal buildings i would have a much bigger and better looking development than it would if the ilegal building will stand as they are today. And all the ilegal buildings are countructed as each owner would like them to look like.

I disagree with you here...will all these buildings Prishtina looks like a village, ugly buildings that have no place to be where they are. If they are demolished and a plan is put in place, it means we have buildings which are specifically designed for that area with enough green space...let the city breathe a bit...while the current construction it makes Prishtina look very unattractive, clustered and pain in the ass to live in.

Wow...from Kalabria area, we havent had update for long time. Skenderbeg thx a lot...Im happy that those boring colorful buildings are more and more behind new buildings. I just hate them.

The latest picture and bilboard, looks like it will be a different stile building? More glass? Is that some kind of mall or aprtament building?

Qendra tregtare Lesna AF - Blloku C6/1

Objekti i qendrës tregtare “Lesna Af” nga ana e lindjës kufizohet me rrugën interne që është paralele me Bulevardin e ri në drejtim të rrugës Prishtinë-Shkup, ndërsa në jug me objekte të cilat sipas planit rregullues duhet të ndërtohen nv vazhdim të QENDRES TREGTARE. Shume cilesor dhe i bukur duket projekti - do ti jepte zvillim dhe me teper levizje te tere zones perreth ne rast realizimi. Shpresoj vetem mos te kete devijime ne fazen e zbatimit.

Ne kete token para Prishtina Stars, sot me tha ky menagjeri i Konakut se paskan ne plan me ndertu nje projekt te ngjajshem. :)

Edhe ma shume kisha pas qef me u ndertu ne anen tjeter duke i rrenu keshtu disa shtepi qe po ja prishin pamjen ndertesave te Prishtina Stars. Kete pjese e kisha lane gjelbrim.

Nonetheless, kete projekt e ka pshtu me se shumti rruga e re kater-trakeshe qe po i shkon perskej sepse me ate cmim qe jane shite banesat ketu nuk besoj se ishin shite aq lehte me rrugen e vjeter.

Kom mendu qe Lagjja Kalabria do ishte model per lagjjet e tjera te reja ne krejt Kosoven, po asni projekt nuk esht realizu mir sipas meje. Nuk ka shum gjelbrim dhe hapsira.
Deri tani vetm Prishtina Stars dhe Kompleksi BLERTI (nqs realizohet si ne render dhe pa lokalet) jan sic duhet.
