Another project that doesn't have a thread. This new satellite town will be located north of Adelaide in the area currently called 'Buckland Park', the city will be similar to Mawson Lakes and include low-medium density buildings.

THE final hurdle for the doubling of the proposed $2 billion Buckland Park housing development, in Adelaide's north, will be released for public comment today.
If Walker Corporation's Environmental Impact Statement on the Buckland Park Country Township is given the green light, it would allow site works to begin in mid-2010, billionaire property developer Lang Walker says.
Buckland Park is awaiting State Government approvals which would almost double its original planned size to 12,000 homes.
Mr Walker believes land-hungry South Australians will snap up the blocks, which are likely to average $160,000.
He echoed the sentiments of furniture king Gerry Harvey, who two weeks ago argued that SA was primed to ride out the financial storm. "I'm very confident, I'm bullish about SA, otherwise we wouldn't be putting so much money there," Mr Walker said.
"I just feel there's a heck of a lot of long-term growth in SA, particularly with the resources industry over the next five to 10 years."
The $2 billion Buckland Park project would create thousands of jobs, as 33,000 people move into the satellite suburb over 25 years.
The 1300ha site near Virginia would feature four primary and two high schools, along with shopping centres, commercial and community facilities.
The greatest concerns raised relate to flooding and infrastructure – including public transport.
Up to 80 per cent of stormwater will be captured for treatment via wetlands and retention ponds and each new house will be connected to recycled water from Bolivar.
Copies of the EIS are available from today at the Department of Planning and Local Government's website.
Written submissions on the statement will close on June 15.
