This is currently the 2nd tallest building in Brisbane after CP1. It has the largest floorplates in the Brisbane CBD. It has it's own 15 berth marina in the Brisbane River.

Brisbane's finest - one of the best display's of glass & granite..

I only have 2 10/10 favourite scrapers that have already been completed in Australia and this is one of them (the other one is in Melbourne)...and hey, I'm a 4th generation Sydney-sider LOL.

If you've never seen Waterfront Place in the flesh, I mean the cladding, then you are missing out greatly. It changes shapes in all directions and changes colour depending on the light/time of day/weather.

In the right light this building looks fantastic. There's one pic I've got where it's shinning sky blue and a brilliant irridencent gold. I'll scan it in when I get a chance. Got to be my favourite skyscraper. 10/10

Waterfront Place is the most beautiful modern building in Brisbane by the old proverbial country mile. Until Vision is built, of course, which will be the most beautiful in the country. Pity about Baroque. Damn shame.
