As part of the initiative to repopulate and to give a new face to San José, this residential proposal was born. Among its main characteristics is its adaptability to the environment that surrounds it, applying the concept of vertical dwelling and seeking architecture that conjugates with the urban space and the nature, forming part of the same landscape. *
A plan of centralized configuration was conceptualized, where the two towers that compose the project are articulated through the vestibule and vertical circulation, achieving efficiency in the common areas and thus creating a greater coherence and structural order to assure a maximum one use of the space. *In the same way, with this organization the constructive process is optimized, where a cost that is much more competitive in the initial investment is achieved. *
A “green ring" embraces the two buildings and serves as a smooth transition with the immediate urban area; it is used as of generator of privacy and coolness, introducing nature as architectural element. *Similarly, in the level of access to the project, we are received by THE WATER features that play a fundamental role in the collective experience of the proposal, upon being the center of the area of social activities and conceived as an element that purifies and gives life.
