works is already started in 2003. right now they working on pile's field. will finish it, i think, somewhere in october. i think we will see first u/g floor somewhere in december.

I just can't explain in words how I feel about a project like this in Moscow. It's truly historical.

I think it had something to do with the foundation construction, the piles have to go deeper, thicker mat, i'm not sure though.

I agree. It wouldn't look the same without the spire, either. It almost looks like the buildings would fall down without the spire holding them up.

Most probably colors of building are blue with golden crown, like Eureka. May be green podium, may be also entire towers green and not blue.

this one is architectural spire. surly should be included. and it's not cheating. actually it was 450 meters in original version. have been decreased many times - 445-440-435 and now 432 to make it ideally proportional.

18 levels made in tower B and half of about 21 level in its core. pile field under tower A completed. they pouring thin concrete now. have walked just in 1m from tower B. looks big and promizing. but didn't made closeup photos. scaring securities.

that photo was taken at about 0C. it is not cold. cold weather in moscow usually stays for 10-15 days in winter. few days in dec, few in jan and about week in february. not more.

This tower looks so powerful somehow.

- Concrete framework of the Tower B will reach the tip to august-september;
- Foundation slab of Tower A will be 4 meters tall. Pouring operation begin on 19:00msk 17 feb;
- Tower C will have the steel framework. There are 4 piles under the tower;
- Podium will be faced with glass. Stone cladding is cancelled;

25 floor. As tall as Burj Dubai :D

Operation of pouring of tower A foundation slab has been postponed for 2-3 days, because of bad weather conditions (snowfall).

Vneshtorgbank just decided to buy 60 thous sq m (33 floors) for own office. They also already participate in project as main creditor ($250mln credit line).

Great update! I like the way the number the floors, makes it a lot easier to see how far they've reached. You don't see stuff like that in Sweden :(:D

Can you give us more information about foundation slab of tower A.
The dimensions / weight / type of concrete..., close up photos also welcome
