Durch ein Ratebild des Max im GZC-Thread habe ich mich animiert gefühlt, dem Odenwald mal einen Besuch abzustatten.

I was in Michelstadt today. Michelstadt is one of the bigger towns in the Odenwald region between Darmstadt and Heidelberg. The town has a total population of ca. 17,000. I took a walk in the old town.

Unser Phänomen kommt aus dem Odenwald, jawohl!

Köstliche Assoziation, das mit Erbach. Schöne Gegend, ich war sehr oft in Mosbach unterwegs, ein Kurzbesuch ging auch nach Michelstadt (welches mir von den drei erwähnten am besten gefallen hat).

ich komme ursprünglich aus frankfurt und wenn man noch zwei generationen zurückgeht, dann komme ich auch aus frankfurt. sehr unspektakulär.
hatte lediglich eine zeit lang einen sentimentalen hang zum odenwald, der nicht mehr so stark wirkt, aber mich beizeiten noch einholt, zb wenn ich mir so tolle thread wie diesen anschaue.

Plastikfenster ohne Sprossen und weiße Plastikstühle in der Außengastronomie sind in westdeutschen Kleinstädten (ja klar, im Osten auch) ein echtes Ärgernis - sollte man echt unter Strafe stellen...*mecker*
