Yeah, it's built before Burj al Arab so how could you say they copied?
Anyway i would give it 7/10, looks good with the herritage background. Nice contrast.

This building is another one of Ken Yeang's eco-friendly building, hence the facade. Open spaces, ventilation, louvres for air-flow and ventilation. Also window transpiration shades to minimize direct sunlight heating onto the building and to maximize air-flow around it.
