The DTI Campus in Trevenna was completed a couple of years ago, and represents 50 000m2 of office space. Phase 2 and 3 are currently under construction, representing 60 000m2 of office space.

This is massive, and yesterday while visiting the HI Express I realized what we have on our hands here.

The HI Express is in the 24F Sunnypark building - this is mixed use, with a mall, offices, apartments and the hotel. Yesterday people were standing in line (30 people per group) to view the apartments which are coming online.

The old Nedpark Clinic (12F) is also under reconstruction. It has been vacant for nearly a decade, and in a severe state of decay. It will reopen as Agrade office space, and is fully let.

awesome stuuf. is that in the CBD?

Trevenna is on the edge of the CBD. It is a gateway into the city centre, basically the small plot of land between Sunnyside, Berea and the CBD. Berea is apparently also undergoing a massive facelift, and this will link the Gautrain station to Trevenna.
