Apparently this project has started. Anyone knows who is the construction company doing the civils and the building.... Some photo's would be nice.

There is no info about this project anywhere to be seen and has not been mentioned in their press releases? I know there is a hotel going up next to the liberty development, but it would be way way bigger than a stay easy size hotel

What about a Garden Court Southern Sun Hotel?

They are not building anymore in that range. Only thing it could b is a southern sun. But they have not mentioned it in any of their press releases of hotels under construction or about to start and the dev next to liberty is well underway. So i lost no this hey
