Yo hace tiempo habia visto este otro render, so no se cual es el que finalmente se hara. El primero lo trajo D-Man y se encuentra en su pagina de www.vivesanjuan.com



Seguimos con el nuevo edificio del Departamento de Justicia o una de sus propuestas. EL mismo tendria un costo de $20 millones.

Aqui hay otro render distinto a los primeros dos del nuevo edificio del Departamento de Justicia. Este aparece en el video de Ciudad Mayor. Nuevmanete gracias a D-Man por la gran mayoria de los renders en toda esta seccion de SSC-PR.

prontamente debe comenzar la construccion del nuevo Departamento de Justicia. Anteriormente se habia planificado hacerlo en Hato Rey... pero lo van a construir en el terreno que se encuentra frente a la parada de Sagrado Corazon en la parada 26. Hoy enviaron un correo electronico para preguntarle a los empleados cuantos estarian dispuestos a coger el Tren Urbano o usar transporte colectivo con motivo de esta nueva construccion. Vi el render y se ve lo mas bonito... pude contar como unos 13 pisos... muchos cristales... en fin... hace falta un nuevo edificio para el Departamento de Justicia, hace falta que desarollen algo en ese terreno vacio, y el Departamento de Justicia tiene muchos empleados y eso le dara mucha vida y movimiento comercial a toda esa zona.

Debe ser mas alta y usarse para usos multiples si dep. juticia no va a usar todo el espacio.

lamento mencionarles que ninguno de los renders que estan arriba sera el futuro edificio del Departamento de Justicia... aunque el 2ndo render si se parece mucho y puede ser que sea ese con algunos cambios.

sbstn: estoy de acuerdo contigo... esa area esta perfecta para hacer un parque pasivo con arboles y palmas y una concha acustica para hacer eventos socioculturales como conciertos de salsa etc... quizas un busto de Ismael Rivera que era de por el area.... algo asi... pero....ahora mismo no se le esta dando uso... y el gobierno quiere densificar las areas aledanas (con ene jejeje) a las estaciones del tren urbano y el edificio actual del Departamento de Justicia (Antiguo Hotel Miramar) es muy viejo, deteriorado y se esta undiendo... asi que creo que es una buena iniciativa para seguir promoviendo el uso del tren urbano y a la vez darnos unas facilidades modernas

Bueno para ese terreno estaba planificado el Centro Gubernamental Financiero el cual tambien tiene thread. Los renders que aparecen arriba son tres que han estado rondando el internet hace ya varios años pero nunca se ha sabido a ciencia cierta cual iba a ser y juzgando por lo que dices pues ya sabemos que ninguno es. Tambien sabemos que el Centro Gubernamental Financiero tampoco sera construido pues en su lugar iria el Depto. de Justicia.

Hay que esperar para que aparezcan los renders oficiales por internet. A menos que alguien lo consiga y lo comparta con el resto del foro.

Aqui cada administración de gobierno cambia los planes de la anterior,
lo triste es cuanto dinero público se tira a la basura en asesoría, diseño y planificación de cuanto proyecto es descartado cuando ocurre un cambio de gobierno.

Si esto investigara, encontrariamos millones de dolares tirados a la basura.

tienes que bajarlas a sites como photo bucket y luego poner el link directo de la foto en el comentario dandole a la foto chikitika k hay en lo del comentario ahi plageas el link y ya. :D

Tambien esta imageshack.us y flickr, entre otros. Como bien dijo Numeratzi, subes las fotos a esos websites y luego copias el url para foros.

yo recomiendo photobucket pk a mi me brega bien. Pero coje la opinion de alguien que a bregado con esos 3.

hacedlo por imageshack,es muy sencillo. las subes, luego la marcas,undes la opcion para foros,la copias, borras al final el .th,lo copias y la pones. ya,chillin

De forma oficial el proyecto queda cancelado ya que hay grandes posibilidades que la nueva sede del Departamento de Justicia sea la torre del antiguo Westernbank World Plaza.

The Puerto Rico government might be moving in on some high-end property in the heart to of the “Golden Mile” financial district in San Juan.
Talks are reportedly under way for the government to acquire the World Plaza office tower, which has been in the hands of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. since the agency seized and auctioned off Westernbank in April 2010.

Popular Inc. picked up most of Westernbank’s assets, but not the 22-story office building on Muñoz Rivera Avenue. The FDIC also kept nearly a dozen other Westernbank offices and branches.

The building, which was built in 1990 and totals some 32,330 square meters of floor space, could fetch between $25 million and $30 million, according to reports. Its sales is being handled by Cushman & Wakefield and Property Concepts Commercial (PPC).

The island government is reportedly looking to move the Justice Department out of its cramped Miramar headquarters and into World Plaza. The Government Development Bank has approved a $30 million line of credit for the agency, which employs some 2,100 people, to make a move.

The FDIC had listed the World Plaza property in 2010 at $40.5 million, or $117 per square foot. The tower has commercial space and a 1,370 vehicle parking lot.

The island Justice Department is moving into the Golden Mile with the $27 million purchase of the 22-story World Plaza to serve as its new headquarters, officials said Thursday.
The agency has long sought to move out of its cramped Miramar headquarters and looked at some 16 proposals - with price tags reaching $350 million - for a new base before deciding on World Plaza in the heart of the financial district in San Juan.

The office tower on Muñoz Rivera Avenue has been in the hands of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) since the agency seized and auctioned off Westernbank in April 2010.

Westernbank acquired the former Banco de Ponce Building (aka Hato Rey Tower) in 2002 and poured more than $18 million into renovations as part of the Mayagüez-based bank’s push to become a big player on the Golden Mile.

After Westernbank crumbled in 2010, Popular Inc. picked up most of its assets, but not World Plaza. The FDIC also kept nearly a dozen other Westernbank offices and branches.

The acquisition for the Justice Department was carried out through the island government’s Infrastructure Financing Authority (AFI by its Spanish initials).

The Government Development Bank had approved a $35 million line of credit for the Justice Department, which employs some 2,100 people, to make a move. The agency will use that to pay back AFI and cover maintenance work.

Justice Secretary Guillermo Somoza Colombani said renovations are expected to take roughly 12 months. He said the agency may seek another credit line of up to $50 million.

Somoza said current commercial establishments in the building can stay. He did not rukle out renting office space to other government agencies.

The building sits within a mile of the San Juan Judicial Center, the federal courthouse and a range of other local government agencies including the Labor Department and Comptroller’s Office.
