Continuing its expansion plans in Morocco, the FADESA MAROC Group has started marketing Alcudia Smir, a new holiday and residential complex on the Mediterranean coast a few kilometres from the historic town of Tetuan, at Fnideq.

Thanks to its magnificent surroundings and the particular features of the project, Alcudia Smir is destined to become one of the main holiday residential resorts in the area. Right on the seafront, Fadesa's new project comprises more than 2,000 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residential apartments and holiday apartments and villas surrounded by extensive green areas and swimming pools.

The project also includes a hotel area of more than 16,000 m² and a shopping area all with magnificent sea views with easy access to the beach.

It is still under construction and it had some problems when fadesa went bankrupt, but now, under doha, the project is speeding up.
