The brief for the 4-star, 250-bed complex, for client Aero Marine West Africa Ltd, asked for a design that set the hotel apart from other hotels in the Nigerian capital.

The design was inspired by its location close to Lagos International Airport and features a dramatic double winged roofscape enclosing a large atrium, and external elevations that incorporate the use of vibrant colours inspired by the local dress and marketplaces.

The hotel will offer international travellers every modern facility with restaurants, an internet cafe, business centre, conference facilities, swimming pool, gym, spa and shopping arcade all part of the 17,000sqm complex.
