This is the new Tijuana Soccer stadium it's still under construction .. The capacity is 13,333, but when its finished will be a 33,333 stadium ,.,

Not sure... But in two month the capacity of the stadium will be 18,000 and the owner of the team said that will be finished in january of 2010...

I see that Tijuana just missed promotion to the Primera Division. Is the club popular in Tijuana even though they play in Primera A?

Well, last season they had 13 home games (incluiding pos-season) and every game was packed... sold out...
