Sepad twin towers

The designing and building of the commercial Sepad twin towers is underway in a 22300 sq m large land in Sepad district.

Cost of the project: 140,000,000,000 toman

The 32 floors of the project are divided into:
- 3 floors for shopping and commercial use
- 27 floors for private business and office use
- 2 floors for car parking

The designing and construction of the project started in 1387 (2008) and is estimated to finish in 4 years.

طراحی و ساخت برج هاي دوقلوی اداری - تجاری سپاد در زمینی به مساحت حدود 22300 مترمربع و با مساحت زیر بنای حدود 120000 مترمربع در منطقه نمونه گردشگری سپاد در دست اقدام میباشد.

این پروژه در 32 طبقه شامل 3 طبقه برای فروشگاه ها و واحدهای تجاری و 27 طبقه برای دفاتر اداری شرکتها و بخش های دولتی و خصوصی و 2 طبقه آن پارکینگ و تاسیسات میباشد. برجهای دوقلوی سپاد در مقایسه با سایر مجتمع های شهر مشهد مرتفع ترین پروژه اداری تجاری شهر مشهد و شرق کشور ، دارای برتری و مزیتهایی است که در تقاضا برای خرید واحدهای آن تآثیر مثبت خواهد داشت .
اين پروژه به روش طرح و ساخت همزمان ( EPC )اجرا خواهد شد و طبق برنامه زمانبندي مورد نظر ، مدت زمان طراحی و اجرای این پروژه از سال 1387به مدت حدود 4 سال پيش بيني شده است .
میدان ملل با مساحت بالغ بر 000 10 مترمربع در قسمت جلوی برج ها قرارگرفته و باعث خواهد شد که این پروژه از چشم انداز و فضای سبز مطلوب و بی نظیری برخوردار باشد .

If it has a metal frame, it will look quite classy.

thats iranian style.But nowadays they dont let the projects start without enough financial backing.So nowadays the most projects in tehran are progressing fast.Baran building is exactly looking like this one.And its progressing very fast.i think it will be finished next summer.The last years irans real state market had some mayor setbacks.But now its again booming and many people are investing again in the contruction sector.
