tahoo June 21st, 2009, 04:43 PM One bedroom - sold out.
Very nice design, specially the 2 and 3 bedroom.
It is for people who want to enjoy the lifestyle. For investment, not very practical.
lokekk July 27th, 2009, 06:23 AM I have a one room loft for sales @ SGD1400psf. Total 990 psf. One bed room fully sold by developer at preview launch.
lokekk July 27th, 2009, 06:30 AM Inspired by acclaimed fashion and hotel designer Antonio Miro, the design of Miro is a creative mix of Barcelonian art, architecture and music. Adopting a clean and minimalistic fashion palette, the Mediterranean feel of Miro is invoked through simple designs with special attention to details -signature trademarks of Antonio Miro.
Situated at No. 1 Lincoln Road, Miro is close to cosmopolitan Orchard Road as well as bustling Novena. Newton MRT station is also within walking distance.
At Miro, facilities for luxurious living are aplenty. The 1st storey has been zoned for outdoor activities such as the children's playground and fitness area, while the 2nd storey deck is dedicated for reposeful spa living. Weekend dinners can also be held by the spa pool or entertainment terrace.
The concept of Living Space extension is further evident in the landscaped terraces on the 3rd, 9th, 13th, 17th, 21st, 25th and 29th storeys. With pantries designed as an integral amenity in the garden pavilions, breakfast under the skies can be experienced via these sky terraces.

◦Prime address
- All the condos in that area also prime address.
◦Designer inspired Architecture
- Designer inspired but yet not by that designer leh. Also, some so-called designer designed also not practical for Singapore living.
◦1,2 and 3 bedroom lofts
- Is that an advantage? Don't think so because usually for loft unit, actual liveable area is much smaller than the sqft size of the unit you buy.
◦32 storeys - highest in the neighbourhood
- Still blocked left, right, centre (except the highest level Penthouse?)
◦Less than 10 mins walk to Novena Square and Novena MRT
- Many more condo estates that is less than 5 mins to Novena Square and Novena MRT down there.
◦Attractive rental yield
- Did Far East guarantee that? Otherwise same as surrounding condos right?
◦Far East Organization
- Is that a pro or a con?

I think ang moh likes loft but this longe loft area (400 sqft floor + 400 sqft air of the 2nd floor) is counted "twice" as GFA. Otherwise design and finishing very good. Pity about the location and surrounding buildings:ohno:
