Anahita statue
(Area: 15000 sq meters)
One of the specifications which distinguish this complex from others is the large statue of Anahita. In ancient Iran, water had always been an element of value; so much so that this value has been embodied at the heart of the unique myth, Anahita. This lady of the waters is a symbol of cleanliness and beauty which guards waters and it has been written that it is as large as all the waters which flow on the earth. This statue has been designed to be integrated with the entrance to the hotel, seemingly seated on a large cliff, on the basis of this historical and Iranian myth and also beautiful waters surrounding the island. It is the second tallest statue in the world in terms of height and is the only statue which been designed for such a purpose.. A combination of architecture and sculpting as well as a modern and natural element is a new approach which has been manifested in this complex. The height of this statue is 96 meters in 26 stories each being designed for special application. The stature of this hotel is to such an extent that it will be seen from remote areas and also from the surrounding waters.
Anahita grand Hotel
(Area: 29889 sq meters)
The hotel, has unique specifications consistent with international standards of luxury. The entrance of the hotel opens through a large rock structure on top which the large statue of Anahita is seated. The hotel's lobby combines modern architecture with natural cliffs and waterfalls. On one side of the lobby is a cliff while a large aquarium connects the sea directly to the interior of the hotel. The external landscape of the hotel provides its lobby, corridors, and many statues and props.. Dancing water fountains with music is another attraction of the external hotel landscape.
The architecture of the hotel is designed in a manner resembling waves of water due to the mythical nature of Anahita and the adjacency to the sea. Smoothness of forms and curve of the floors have been designed to coordinate with the smooth form of the statue. The overall shape of the hotel serves as a bed on which the statue sits. Historical places will be recreated on the cliffs. Under the feet of Anahita and the hotel, is a large cliff to further emphasize the mythical meaning and grandeur of this large building. The hotel of Anahita includes 10 floors with the majority of rooms facing the sea due to their position and location.
Golden carriage and horses
(Area: 740 sq meters)
The carriage and horses are constructed of natural rocks. Inside the carriage is a cave with lake view windows. The horses are accessible through this cave. The cave inside the carriage and the space inside the horses serve for special applications such as ductile cliffs, restaurants and coffee shops.
Two large lakes
(Area: 4000 sq meters)
The two lakes have been considered as one of the main attractions allowing a location of leisure and swimming for visitors.. These two lakes connect to the sea with two channels through which a rotary cycle is established among the lakes and the adjacent sea to keep the water fresh. This process will be done through a facility installed adjacent to the lake which will control the water and also the health of the aquatic animals and plants. The channels will also be covered so that they do not pose an obstruction to bicycle riders and pedestrians on the coast of the island. A relatively large ship will be afloat on one of the lakes which can be accessed by visitors by a small boat.. The landline of the lake is sandy with cliffs complementing the aesthetic attraction. Waterfalls will flow into the lake from these cliffs which also serve as a place for swimmers to enjoy. Slides will also be installed for the recreation of children and adults on the beach.
Statue of mermaid
(Area: 824 sq meters)
The statue of mermaid is constructed of cliff rock like similar to rocks of Kooh-e-Noor (Pictures of Kuh-e Nur: link (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=281275&highlight=man+made+kish)) and is built beside a large lake behind the hotel. This unique statue provides ample space and facilities for leisure and recreation. Additionally, it complements the statue of Anahita. Other attractions include a separate pool for women, coffee shops, specialty aquatic shop, a place for use of marn.
