^^ from the picture the land seems to be far too small to build this building on + on valiasr st there is another Italian restaurant which has been closed for 30 years...

Aren't the pictures All from the same design? I think they have just been shown from different views but all of them are the same thing.

^ It's demolished (see post #2). It was probably derelict before.
