Its not really urban sprawl, this is solely a business park, just like Silicon Valley in the UK, and Sukuba City in Japan.

While not technically urban sprawl, this kind of development definately encourages urban sprawl. One must drive to get there in a reasonable amount of time. To do that, you have to have a carpark at home, (unless you want to rely on taxis), which is definately more feasable in low density suburbs.

It look like from architecture view, but for it's plot i don't know it's kind of copied or old. but it's great step forward, if the government have a plan to prove that egypt could be great plan for business for example Egyptian multi-international company's that will compete with other high scaled company's like Dreamwork and Pixar
