These 78 - market rate three and four bedroom apartments, are tightly arranged in a radial design around a compact core. All the units have excellent views and two-story penthouses include large terraces. Community spaces are located at the ground floor of each tower and a pool is accessible directly from the tower lobbies. The landscape and public areas are designed in tandem with the apartment towers, not as an adjunct component.

¡Qué brutal se ve en el render! Me gusta me gusta. Este es otro proyecto que se suma a los que se parecen a Ponce de León 1800, ¿verdad? Creo que este es mi favorito por ser el más alto.

Me gusta los colores que tiene en el render.

Si es el mismo San Agustin que esta radicado en ARPE, el mismo va para Puerta de Tierra.

Tumban Las Gladiolas y levantan San Agustin... parece otro proyecto público.

El edificio se vera feito en el render pero la descripcion no da a entender que es un residencial. Es un proyecto de bajo costo. No es lo mismo que un residencial.

BTW estan remodelando dos torres, San Juan View Apartments y los estan convirtiendo a apartamentos de interes social. Anteriormente eran proyectos y la diferencia se nota del cielo a la tierra.
