That's a fine tourist resort. Nigeria needs to dev. it tourism industry.I think the potentials are there.

They could have done a LOT better with that rendering, nonetheless, it looks very interesting. :)

The detail of diagram surfaces as plan progresses. I think that preliminary rendering is ok for now.
