That's an old design apparently.

There is definitely work going on at the site. The photos, taken from Royal Oceanic balcony, were made a few days ago. Shovels were moving earth. So maybe at least something comes out of this.

I only pity the residents of Royal Oceanic, because their nice Marina view will be entirely blocked once the towers are finished!

excavation of piling is going on now, lots of activity on site.

It should have a good progress , first crane installation just begun.

it looks like the KPM Tower plot (on top) is used as storage space for the DREAM TOWER.

it's good to see a big convoy of cement trucks lined up in the marina again for hours and hours today at Dream Tower plot.

by big I mean always 20 at a time.

Progress seems to be picking up the pace now. Amazing what can happen when growth returns to the property market. The good progress is not good news for Royal Oceanic. Views going going gone!

Hi there,

I'm new to the forum, and am looking for some assistance (have checked the forums but can't find my answer).

I've seen Dream Tower is under construction on Al Sufuoh Rd, next to Trident Grand and where the KPM Tower is supposed to be.

I can't find out any information on who to speak to about buying off plan / re-sale anywhere. The board says it is a EMAAR development, but having spoken to them they haven't heard of it.

Any ideas on where I can learn more and find out when it is due for completion and who the real estate agent for re-sales may be?
