The location is megnificant, next to the new comer "Royal Saladaen" and located in in of te densiest area in town....."Silom"......

......The tower will rise full 40 storey up from this small piece of land..., and named as "The Legend Saladaeng".

Developed by Raimon Land, who prio-developed the Lakes Condominium in town....yet this project will contains only 78 private luxurious residences, which now 48 units sold during the pre-sales period....:cool:

Raimon Land awards “The Legend” Construction Contract

Project to launch later in February and expected to sell quickly

Mr. Nigel J. Cornick, of CEO Raimon Land, announced today the contract signing between Raimon Land and Bouygues Thai Limited for the construction of “The Legend”, a grade A condominium development on Soi Saladaeng, Silom.

Consisting of 78 luxurious fitted 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences on Soi Saladaeng in the heart of Silom, prices at ‘The Legend’ will start from 5 million baht. I agree, it's sucha disappointment. But apart from that the design is kinda okay IMO

It should be a lot nicer in order to live up to that name also :D

They can absolutely go higher in that area, especially in the booming period like this, I guess it's because they just wats to make the project overal-view looks like it's a luxury residence, not crowded, private and not so large.....

......Anyway, dissappointment yes...me too.....:rant:

In a good course, I think the design looks pretty good...especially came out from Steven J. Leach, Jr. & Associates ...I'm quite sure it would look fabulous in the real life......:cool:
