There is a new university built in Sebastopol-City - Banking Academy. It will be located in Victory Park, 200 meters from the sea. The composition of the campus will include a 5-storey univercity building, ten 9-storey hostels for students and teachers, sports complex, church, cafe, bus stop. The completion of this construction announced in 2010.
